    Possibly the best edamame you'll ever try. Pan-sauteed soybean in pod with garlic butter and rock salt.

    Japanese fried chicken thigh with lemon and spicy mayo, or oroshi (grated daikon radish) and yuzu wasabi sauce.

  • Brown Butter Miso Ramen

    Miso pork broth with egg noodles, hard-boiled egg, spinach, brown butter, chashu, bamboo shoots, scallions.

A Few Cocktails

  • The 212

    Three things: Barrow's, Japanese gin, and our own yuzu sour mix, which has shiso in it. The build is two parts, one part, two parts. 212 is also our area code.

  • Hidari Chichi

    Named after Cecilia Gault's artist moniker. A balance of floral and fruit-forward flavors, delicate and striking.

  • Plum Syndicate

    Syndicate Hudson Region 845 bourbon, five-year-aged umeshu, yuzu, and red shiso.
