Ingredients
- Akakirishima imo shochu
- Yuzu slushy
- Cranberry
- Mio sparkling sake, to top
- Grapefruit twist, for garnish
Sweet, fizzy, and far too easy to drink.
Akakirishima shochu goes in with yuzu slushy and cranberry, topped with Mio sparkling sake and finished with a grapefruit twist. Light and fruity, with just enough behind it.
How it is built
The menu lists what goes in and what goes on top, but not how much of each, so no pours are given here either. Build it in the glass: shochu, slushy and cranberry first, sparkling sake on top, twist the grapefruit peel over the glass to finish.
