Matcha Sake Bomb
Ingredients
- 1 shot matcha-infused sake
- 1 cold glass of beer
This is not your average sake bomb.
We infuse sake with matcha, pour a shot of it, and balance the shot on top of a cold glass of beer. You drop the whole thing in and chug it.
Crisp, grassy, slightly creamy, and just chaotic enough to be fun. Green tea has never hit this hard.
How it is built
The bar does not measure this one to a printed ratio, the matcha goes into the sake to taste before service, so there is no steeping time or amount to hand you here. What matters is the drop: shot balanced on the rim of the glass, dropped in whole, finished before the head settles.
