Izakaya Juraku and Kiyo Shimada are honored to represent Takara Shochu and Mio Sparkling at The New York Cocktail Expo on August 18th, 2024. Using Takara Jun Sochu and Mio Sparkling Sake, Kiyo has crafted a specialty cocktail for the competition. The Juraku team will compete and serve this cocktail in hopes of showcasing the unique flavors of Japan and earning your vote!
